All packages can use client-supplied, authorised photos and suitable ready-to-post video footage within their monthly content allowance. Editing up to four short-form videos from client-supplied footage is exclusive to Cloud Partner. Clients must secure appropriate permissions and consent; content is published only after explicit approval.

Packages cover original content concepts adapted to the relevant platforms, not a separate set of posts per channel. Additional services are quoted separately. VAT treatment and final terms are confirmed before onboarding.

Do we need to supply our own photos and videos?

Yes. You can share authorised photos, updates and suitable video footage securely. We use these to create content within your package allowance. Cloud Partner also includes editing up to four short-form videos from client-supplied footage each month.

Can you manage our existing social media accounts?

Yes. We work with your existing accounts on the platforms included in your chosen package, subject to the necessary access and permissions.

How do we approve content?

We send planned content for review. Your nominated approver can request revisions within the agreed allowance, and nothing is published until you have given explicit written approval.

Do you support care providers across the UK?

Yes. The Social Cloud works remotely with care homes and home care providers throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Can we communicate entirely by email?

Absolutely. Enquiries, planning, feedback, approvals and ongoing support can all be handled by email.
